The purpose of this course is to equip staff working in or aspiring to enter the the wellness sector with critical knowledge of physiology, nutrition, gathering client details during consultation, conducting consultation and providing science based nutritional, lifestyle advices to client over each short course.
What You'll learn
This course aims to help participants develop a deeper understanding of evidence-based dietary, fitness and wellness programmes, products and services to enable them to make wellness and lifestyle recommendations that match the needs of consumers across all ages. Participants will gain hands-on experience in handling various wellness assessment tools and equipment used by the wellness and lifestyle industry. They will also learn to analyse the assessment results in order to make appropriate recommendations.
